Upon booking a Booking Confirmation Form will be issued that must be signed and
returned to AMCK in order to confirm the booking. AMCK are unable to secure the talent/s until the Booking Form
is accepted. AMCK is not responsible for loss of talent availability without a confirmed Booking Confirmation Form.
The signed booking confirmation form together with these terms and conditions shall form the agreement between the
client and the Agency relating to each booking.
Any amendment and/or variations made to the booking confirmation form by
the client shall not be valid and binding unless the Agency has agreed to such amendment and/or variation in advance and confirmed such agreement
by an authorised representative of the Agency.
All show rates are based on single a performance fee unless otherwise agreed.
All shoot rates are based upon a daily rate of agreed hours. Additional usage or multiple performances to be agreed
at the time of booking or before any additional usage. The agent reserves the right not to negotiate in relation to any
additional usage other than that agreed at the time of the booking.
3. Day Rate/Hours
Unless otherwise negotiated and confirmed ahead of booking, full rehearsal
days are up to 8 hours. Half rehearsal days are up to 4 hours. Shoot, Performance and Technical days are up to 10 hours.
Overtime is charged after the set hours per day at 20% of the daily fee per hour
Should call occur in less than eleven (11) hours from the previous wrap time,
performer shall receive double time for each hour worked prior to the eleven (11) hour period.
5. Permitted use
Usage is to be agreed and negotiated in advance with AMCK.
Client must always include a credit in the form of “Talent's name” @ “the Agency”, wherever a credit is applied.
Travel time is not included in performance and shoot day hours when travelling outside of M25. All travel
and retainer days are to be paid at a minimum of half show/shoot day rate.
If the talent/s call time is before 08:00am and wraps after 22:00 transport must be provided by the client.
If the talent/s is unable to travel via public transport, the client is responsible in providing transport.
All ground transportation to be provided when outside of London.
Talent accommodation should always be booked for single occupancy.
All food or per diems, travel and accommodation to be provided by the client and agreed with AMCK. Per Diems
to be received ahead of travel time. Any expenses incurred by the talent or Agency to be reimbursed immediately.
Clients are responsible for the provision of all nutritious meals and beverage requirements of the talent
(taking into account dietary requirements) whilst the models are providing services to the client on all bookings.
Fitting fees are charged at a minimum of £50 per hour.
12. Wardrobe, Hair and Make Up.
Talent to be compensated if they use their own wardrobe. £50 per outfit or £25.00 per item.
Hair and Make-up to be arranged by client unless otherwise agreed. If a specific hairstyle is requested
by the creative team to be arranged by the talent, sufficient reimbursement for expenses must be given and time must be compensated.
13. Additional expenses
All expenses incurred by bookings on the client’s behalf will be subject to a 12.5% surcharge.
If a booking is cancelled within one working day of the starting time the full fee will be charged unless
the same talent is re-booked within 24 hours in which case half the fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled outside the one-day
period but within two working days of the starting time, then half the fee will be charged. For bookings of more than three days
duration: if the booking is cancelled within a period equal to the length of the booking in working days, then the full fee is charged.
15.Talent care and safety
Nude, semi-nude, see-through, bathing suit or lingerie photography requires the express prior written approval
of the agency. The use of the talent's image must not be directly or indirectly scandalous, pornographic, derogatory, or a cause
of ridicule or embarrassment to the talent. The image must not be altered or distorted.
The client shall be solely responsible for ensuring the talent is treated with respect and professionalism, and that all necessary steps are taken to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of the talent is protected, at all times by the client and/or any third parties engaged by the client in relation to the delivery of the services.
Such steps shall include without limitation:
Ensuring that the venue for the provision of the services and the working conditions are
entirely safe and secure and maintained at a suitable temperature and allow the Talent to provide the services in
compliance with all health and safety best practice, standards, regulations, codes and laws;
Allowing the talent to take suitable and regular rest periods, to ensure the talent
is able to maintain suitable amounts of rest and refreshment whilst delivering the services;
Ensuring that all of the third parties engaged by the client in relation to the delivery
of the services are suitably qualified, experienced and professional and treat the talent in a professional and respectful manner;
Ensuring that no one imposes upon the talent any action, activity or environment which
is either dangerous, degrading, unprofessional, unsafe and/or demeaning to the talent;
Providing the talent with an appropriate changing and dressing area to ensure that the talent
can prepare for the provision of the services and also maintains his/her privacy.
